Delivery Statuses
The following status codes can appear to indicate the delivery status of your message:
Delivered - The message was delivered via SMS or the internal delivery network. Find out more about what delivered actually means.
Read - The message was flagged as read by your coparent. This status is generally only available when your coparent is also using BestInterest.
Pending - The message is queued up and will be delivered soon. Typically this resolves in 1-3 minutes.
Error - The message could not be sent. This may indicate a blocked number or other issue. Please contact support if you need help.
Undelivered - The message could not be sent, often due to a temporary error on the carrier side. You should send your message again. If this error occurs regularly, please contact support so we can investigate.
