What phone numbers do you support for coparent communication?
A coparent phone number is required to set up Boundary Line in Solo Mode. Private Solo tools and a Collaborative Mode invite-code connection do not require entering a Solo coparent number.
Supported regions
Boundary Line currently supports eligible numbers in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Puerto Rico, Guam, Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Bermuda. Assignment depends on available numbers and service support; a supported country does not guarantee a particular local area code.
Enter the full number with the correct country code under Settings > Coparent Connection. Boundary Line requires Connect or higher. Incoming Message Shield filtering requires Protect or higher.
If the app cannot assign a number, confirm the country code and follow the displayed message. Contact support if the number is valid but setup still fails.
If Boundary Line is unavailable
You can continue using private Solo tools or invite your coparent to Collaborative Mode for in-app communication over the internet. Collaborative Mode does not depend on a Boundary Line number.
