How do I delete the BestInterest app from my phone?

Removing BestInterest from your device does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. Save any unfinished work and confirm you know a connected sign-in method before uninstalling.

iPhone or iPad

Touch and hold the BestInterest app icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App and confirm. Choosing Remove from Home Screen alone leaves the app installed in the App Library.

Android

Open your device’s Settings > Apps > BestInterest, choose Uninstall, and confirm. Menu names vary by device. You can also use the app’s uninstall action in Google Play.

Account and billing choices

• To stop renewal, cancel through the provider that billed you.
• To erase your account, delete your BestInterest account or use the account deletion request form.
• To return later, reinstall and sign in with a method already connected to your original account.
