Will messages from my ex get saved for record-keeping?

Yes. Messages received by BestInterest are kept whether Message Shield changes their wording or leaves it as written. When filtering occurs, the original text remains available separately from the version you read in the app.

This record covers messages exchanged through linked BestInterest accounts, texts delivered to your active Boundary Line, and email accepted by Message Shield for Email. Texts sent to your personal number and conversations in other apps are not automatically included.
