Choose the communication experience you need
If you want an all-inclusive paid plan for shared logistics, AppClose is worth considering. Its official feature list includes calling, expense tools, a shared calendar, and records exports. Its writing tool gives the person composing a message optional suggestions.
Our incoming and outgoing tools do different jobs. Message Shield filters harmful incoming language before you read it, while retaining the source. Tone Guardian helps with what you plan to send. Solo records, link requests, and a dedicated number are different
AppClose documents a Solo Mode with records and links that a non-user can open. A link to a specific request serves a different purpose from a continuing text-and-call channel.
Our Solo Mode gives you a private workspace. Boundary Line on Connect and higher adds the dedicated number. Share and test it before relying on it: your old personal number does not automatically forward into the app. Incoming filtering of Boundary Line texts requires Protect or Protect Plus.
Check the export you actually need
AppClose documents digitally signed PDFs and US certified business records; its private notes have a separate export scope. Our Verified Reports organize supported platform content into PDFs with optional source verification. A report records what was stored; it does not independently prove every statement true.

Yes. Co-Parent Assist reviews the sender’s draft and offers optional wording suggestions. BestInterest also offers outgoing help, and adds recipient-side Message Shield filtering on Protect and Protect Plus.
Can either app work if my co-parent will not join?
AppClose offers solo records and link-based requests to non-users. BestInterest Solo Mode provides your private tools; Boundary Line on Connect and higher adds a dedicated number your co-parent can text or call without an app. They must use that number; texts to your personal number do not automatically route into BestInterest.
Which app provides records for legal review?
Both offer exports of supported activity. BestInterest’s separate CSV exports are available on Free and paid plans; Verified PDF Reports with an optional Certificate of Authenticity start on Connect. No app guarantees admission of a particular record by a court.
