Message Shield and Tone Guardian are included in the Protect plan and higher. These features are designed for high-conflict communication where incoming filtering and outgoing tone review are most helpful.
Do both parents need a paid plan?
No. BestInterest can be used in Solo Mode when only one parent wants to use the app. Collaborative features work best when both parents participate, but conflict-reduction tools can still help one parent on their own.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can start free and move to a paid plan when you need more support. Each plan includes everything in the plans before it, so upgrading adds features without removing existing tools.
Are fee waivers available?
