TalkingParents Ultimate combines tone feedback with optional rewrite suggestions. That matters if your main difficulty is finding a calmer way to send a message. The tools work on your own draft, and you remain responsible for what you send.

When reading their message is the difficult part
With Message Shield on Protect and Protect Plus, harmful incoming language can be restated in the reading view while the original stays available. That gives you breathing room even when the other parent chooses their original wording.
If your co-parent refuses an account, Boundary Line on Connect and higher provides a dedicated number they text or call from their ordinary phone. Filtering those texts requires Protect or Protect Plus. Share and test the new number; messages to your existing personal number do not automatically appear in BestInterest.
Budget for calling and the records you use
