Create Task and Coparenting History Reports

Task reports show responsibilities and their status. Coparenting History shows a broader timeline of actions in the family workspace. Both are available under More Tools > Reports.

Create a Task report or export

  1. Choose Tasks, then Court Report for PDF or Data Export for CSV.
  2. Review the record scope. If both shared and private tasks are available, turn on Include Private Items only when you want private tasks in the file. If only private tasks are available, they are included automatically.
  3. Set an optional date range.
  4. For PDF, choose whether to Include Activity Log when shared history is available and whether to include a certificate.
  5. Generate the report or export.

The PDF separates open and completed tasks and includes titles, due dates, assignees, and available completion details. CSV gives those records in spreadsheet form and identifies private rows separately.

Current PDF and CSV reports filter tasks by due date when one exists, otherwise by creation date. Tasks with neither date are included. Older PDFs remain unchanged; generate a new report in the current app if an earlier PDF included tasks outside the displayed dates.

The optional PDF activity log covers recorded shared-task actions within the selected dates. It is separate from the current task rows and does not add a private-task activity history. Existing accessible shared task records can remain reportable when creation of new shared tasks is paused.

Create a Coparenting History report

  1. Choose Coparenting History under Reports.
  2. Choose an optional date range and whether to include a certificate.
  3. Tap Generate Report.

This PDF timeline can include document uploads, task and expense changes, and family membership events. It does not contain every message, private Journal entry, or attachment, and there is no CSV option. If no accessible history exists in the range, broaden the dates or choose the report for the source records you need.

Download and share

Verified PDFs require Connect or higher. Connect includes 10 report requests per month, including reports still being prepared; Protect and Protect Plus remove that cap. Task CSV export is free.

PDFs appear under Report History on the same screen. Wait for Complete, then download. Generated PDFs expire after 90 days. A certificate provides file-verification details; it does not independently verify who performed a task or the truth of a note.

Private tasks remain private in BestInterest, but anyone receiving an export containing them can read those rows.
